I believe that people can achieve more than they ever dreamed if they have support and encouragement. I am driven by the underdog mentality and aim to push people beyond their wildest dreams, helping them realise their achievements and be proud of them. I believe and deliver a firm and fair approach, understanding that everyone has a story worth knowing.
From a young age, I worked in various sectors including retail, fashion, hospitality, and supermarkets. After leaving school, I worked for a few years before pursuing a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resources, and a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accountancy.
After completing my dual degree, I started my career path as a marketing trainer in a franchise, travelling across Australia to provide classroom and practical training on marketing principles. Seeking new challenges, I became the State Trainer for Metcash, overseeing retailers within Queensland and New South Wales. In this role, I provided a strong foundation for new stores, delivering Induction training, Diploma of Retail training, and a variety of subjects to existing retailers, with a goal of upskilling their teams. This led to me taking on a role as a Human Resources and Training Manager, whose responsibilities encapsulated Compliance and Workplace Health and Safety.
My philosophy around starting my own business is about giving back. I have been fortunate to meet many different people who have taught me a great deal, and I look forward to meeting new people and helping them build stronger businesses through their people, processes, and procedures.
